Common questions
- How do you decide which plan I'm on?
- By your average monthly AI spend when you sign up. Cost measures it for you in the first two weeks, then places you in the matching band. Your plan is fixed for your 12-month term - you always know what you'll pay.
- If Cost cuts my spend, do I drop to a cheaper plan - or are you incentivised not to save me too much?
- No, and no. Your plan is fixed at signup for the term, so we never move you down for succeeding, and every euro we save you is yours to keep. We only re-baseline at renewal, where lower spend can only work in your favour. We make money when you keep us, not when your bill grows.
- What counts as AI spend?
- Everything Cost meters: your Anthropic / OpenAI / Gemini API cost across every wrapped route, in euros. It's the same number the dashboard shows you. Individual Claude or ChatGPT seats are subscription cost, not API spend, and aren't counted.
- Do you store my prompts?
- By default, no. The SDK sends metadata only (model, route, hashed user id, token counts, latency, cost, plus a SHA-256 hash of the prompt). Raw request and response bodies are sent only when you explicitly pass captureBodies: true to wrap() for a route, which is what powers verify-downgrade. When opted in, raw bodies are retained for 30 days on the free tier and 90 days on paid plans, then purged automatically. See the privacy page for the full data flow.
- Cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle - you keep access through what you've already paid for.
