Export your usage from Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini, upload the CSV here, and I will send you a written read on where the money is going and what I would change first. It costs nothing and there is no call to sit through.

No credentials are needed.

A usage CSV is all I need. This page has no field for a key, a token, a password or any other credential, and it would refuse one if you tried. We will never ask you for provider credentials here, by email, or anywhere else.

Where to find the export

Anthropic
Console, then Usage. Pick a date range and use Export.A CSV with one row per day per model, with input and output token counts.
OpenAI
Platform, then Usage. Open the activity view and export as CSV.A CSV with date, model, request count and token counts.
Google Gemini
Google Cloud billing, then Reports. Filter to the Generative Language API and download CSV.A CSV with SKU, usage quantity and cost per day.

Console layouts move around, so if the export is not exactly where I have said, any CSV with dates, model names and token or cost columns will do. If your CSV turns out to be missing something I need, I will tell you which column is missing rather than guess at it.

What happens to the file

    You export a CSV

    A read-only usage export from your provider console. It contains dates, model names and token counts. It does not contain your prompts, your customers' data or any credential.

    I read it and write the analysis

    I work out what each model and each day is costing you, which models are carrying the spend, and where a cheaper model or prompt caching would hold up. The findings come back to you by email, in plain words.

    You decide what to do with it

    There is no call to book and nothing to install. If the analysis is useful and you want the same view continuously, that is what Cost does, and there is a free tier.

Handling and retention

  • The upload goes over TLS to our own server. It is not sent to any third-party analytics or advertising service.
  • We record the upload itself: your email, the filename, the file size and how many rows it had. The raw CSV is not kept in our database.
  • We do not sell or share your data, and the address you give is used to send you this analysis, not a newsletter.
  • You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time and we will. See the privacy page for the full detail.
